Cancellation Policy

Salon Policies At Pretty Please Hair Studio, we value your time and ours. Please review our policies before booking. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the following: 💳 Booking & Deposits • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. • Deposits go toward your total service cost. • Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received. • Remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment. ⸻ ⏰ Cancellation Policy • We require 24–48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations made within less than 24 hours will result in loss of deposit. • Same-day cancellations will require a new deposit to rebook. • No-call / No-show clients may be required to pay 100% of the service before booking again. ⸻ ⏳ Late Policy • Please arrive on time. • A 10–15 minute grace period is allowed. • After 15 minutes, your appointment may be canceled or shortened to avoid delaying other guests. • Late arrivals may result in additional fees. ⸻ 💵 Payment Methods • We accept: Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash App (customize this to what you accept). • No personal checks. • Gratuity is appreciated but not required. ⸻ 👩‍👧‍👦 Guest Policy • No extra guests unless being serviced. • For safety and relaxation purposes, no children unless they have an appointment. ⸻ 💆‍♀️ Hair Prep Policy • Please arrive with hair detangled unless booking a detangle service. • Excessively tangled hair may result in an additional fee. • For color services, please come with clean, product-free hair unless instructed otherwise. ⸻ 🎨 Color Correction & Chemical Services • All corrective color services require a consultation. • We cannot guarantee specific results on previously chemically treated hair. • Hair integrity and health will always be prioritized over achieving a specific shade. ⸻ 📸 Photos & Marketing • Photos and videos may be taken for marketing purposes. • If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform us prior to service. ⸻ 🛑 Refund Policy • No refunds on services rendered. • If you are unsatisfied, please notify us within 48 hours so we can adjust the service. ⸻ ✨ Respect Policy We maintain a positive, luxury, drama-free environment.
